Description
Apartment Hawaii is a beautiful apartment for 6 people plus baby, newly renovated and just 50 meters from one of the best beaches in Mallorca. The apartment is located on the first floor and in an easy parking area,. It has a large living room with a furnished terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with access to a small balcony where the washing machine is located. You have three bedrooms: one en suite and you have also a bathroom with separate shower to share with the other two bedrooms.
The kitchen and water thermos are powered by butane gas. In the price of the reservation is included the gas, the initial cleaning, final, wifi and a cot and high chair for a baby. Bath sheets and towels are provided as well.
The living room has an air conditioning and the rooms have fans, although being so close to the sea, normally the thermal sensation is very pleasant at night.
The neighborhood is a coastal aerea and very nice, with a very large beach PLAYA DE MURO, clean and highly recommended for the enjoyment of children for its warm waters and hardly any waves, This is an Ideal place to go as a couple, with children, even for a getaway alone because it is very quiet, clean and accessible. The water is warm, almost no swell, and with plenty of space. No crowds. The views are very beautiful, and strolling at sunset is spectacular.
*PAYMENT BALEARIC TOURISM TAX "ECOTASA" (This Tax IS NOT INCLUDED in the rental price of the accommodation) We want to inform and remind guests that they decide to rent tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands, which on arrival will be charged tourist tax (Ecotasa ) demanded by the Balearic Government, to all resident and foreign tourists who stay in tourist dwellings (in the same way as in hotels). Such collection is destined to the preservation and care of the islands and to improve in everything related to tourism.
The fee for this tax in “high season” is 2,20€ per night, per adult (Young people from 16 years old, are counted as adults, therefore they pay eco-tax.)
In “low season” the eco-tax has a significant reduction: 0,55€ per night per adult.
In case of stays longer than 9 nights, from that ninth night, a 50% discount will be applied on the following days of stay.
-High season (May 1-October 31) 2,20€
from the 9th night: 1,10€ per adult per night.
-Low season (November 1-April 30) 0,55€, from the 9th night: 0,275€ per adult per night.
The Ecotasa will be paid in CASH.
