Description
Sa Tau is one of our dreams come true, it is a beautiful modern house for 7 people, with swimming pool and newly built. It is located in a town in the north of the island, called Sa Pobla, a quiet rustic-style town.
It is a few kilometers from the Port of Alcúdia where there are some of the best sandy beaches on the island, because of its white sands and crystal clear waters.
The house of modern construction is very spacious and bright thanks to its large windows, which link it to the most special area of the house, the outdoor area. Opening its large windows unify the interior and exterior, giving an incredible space to spend the warm summer days and nights of Mallorca, next to the pool and the beautiful terrace with laminated wood flooring.
Inside we have an open space where we find the kitchen with an American bar and the living room joined, leaving you a spacious and easily accessible place.
On the ground floor, you also find a distributor where it gives you access to a full bathroom and a single bedroom for one person.
Going up the stairs, we reach a corridor that distributes to three bedrooms, one of them ´en suite´ with TV and its bathroom. This is the main bedroom and this has a peculiar dressing room with shelves and a closet that separates the bedroom from the bathroom. Next, we have 2 Doble bedrooms more. One of them has a double bed and the other two single beds. All with their large vertical windows, which make a very bright place. In the middle of these bedrooms we find the 3rd complete bathroom of the house.
The house is located in a quiet area in the north of the town, with easy accessibility to enter and exit. Not far from the town center, where we find places of interest for shopping, restaurants and for the summer months, jazz concerts for music lovers.
We recommend to rent a car, to have the freedom to move around the Island at your comfort and taste. The house has an interior garage or if you prefer, the exterior area (on the street-in front of the house) has no difficulty for parking.

In order to reserve this property you need at least one person over 27 years of age.
GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 27 WILL NOT BE ACCOMMODATED.
* PAYMENT TASA TURISTICA BALEARES "ECOTASA" (this Tax IS NOT INCLUDED in the rental price of the accommodation) We want to inform and remind guests who decide to rent tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands, that on arrival we have to charge the tourist tax (Ecotasa ) demanded by the Balearic Government, to all resident and foreign tourists who stay in tourist homes (in the same way as in hotels). Such collection is destined to the preservation and care of the islands and to improve everything related to tourism.
The quota of this tax in "high season" is € 2.20 per night, per adult (Young people from 16 years old are counted as adults, therefore they pay ecotasa.)
In "low season" the ecotasa has a significant reduction: they are € 0.55 per night per adult.
In case of stays longer than 9 nights, from that ninth night, a 50% discount will be applied on the following days of stay.
-High season (May 1-October 31) € 2.20, from the 9th night: € 1.10 x adult x night.
-Low season (November 1-April 30) € 0.55, from the 9th night: € 0.275 x adult x night.
The Tourist tax will be paid in CASH at your arrival.

A excepció de l’habitació suite, les altres tres no tenen ni armari ni lloc per deixar la maleta.

Falta solo algunos detalles, como que haya papel higiénico en cada cuarto de baño, una pastilla para el lavavajillas, unas cápsulas para la cafetera.
Por ejemplo, nosotros nos dejamos media botella de aceite, y varias cosas más que no podíamos llevasee more
