Description
Beautiful Villa recently built and designed for tourist accommodation, taking care of the smallest detail for the guest's comfort and well-being.
Located between Santa Margarita and the coastal area of Ca'n Picafort in the north of the Island. A very quiet area and just a few minutes from the beach by car. The villa is decorated in a modern style and local materials, thus integrating into the place and its surroundings, without lacking the slightest detail.
The 155m2 villa, features a spacious living room, dining room and integrated kitchen, very comfortable and fully equipped, designed to feel the holiday sensation at all times, with views to the terrace and pool. It also has 3 bedrooms, each with its bathroom and decoration, with built-in wardrobes and all necessities.
Both the living-dining room and all bedrooms have air conditioning and heat pump units installed through ducts, to have the estimated temperature regardless of the season.
Outside and leaving the living-dining room, we have the terrace with a 530m2 garden, where there is a pool of 8x4 and 1.5 mt deep, treated with salt chlorine. Next to the pool and all outdoor furniture, you can enjoy a fully equipped brick barbecue and a table with chairs to enjoy meals, dinners and snacks on the warm days and nights of Mallorca. Next to the barbecue there is another complete bathroom outside and a laundry room with washer and dryer.
The villa located on the outskirts of the town, stands out for its tranquillity and views of the fields and mountains of Mallorca.
The villa is in the countryside and surrounded by nature, about 3.5 km from the beach (5 minutes by car).
A car is recommended because it is away from the town and the villa has parking for several vehicles.
Points of interest: Beach 5 minutes by car, Supermarket 5 minutes by car, on arrival at Ca'n Picafort, Nearest Golf Aucanada 12 km, Nearest Restaurant Arco Iris 2.6 km, Train Station in Muro 6.8 km.
The property is adapted with the (CYCLING HOME) seal for cycling lovers, it has an area to store bicycles, to tune them up with all the necessary tools, a bench to hold and lift them, a pump to inflate the wheels, we also have an area to clean them.

*BALEARIC TOURIST TAX PAYMENT ECOTAX (this Tax is NOT INCLUDED in the accommodation rental price) We want to inform and remind guests who decide to rent tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands, that upon arrival the tourist tax (Ecotax) demanded by the Balearic Government will be charged to all resident and foreign tourists staying in tourist homes (in the same way as in hotels). Such collection is intended for preservation and care of the islands and to improve everything related to tourism.
The rate of this tax in high season is 2.20€ per night, per adult (Young people from 16 years old are counted as adults, therefore they pay ecotax.)
In low season the ecotax has a significant reduction: 0.55€ x night x adult.
In case of stays longer than 9 nights, from the ninth night, a 50% discount will be applied to the following days of stay.

Wir lieben die Lage der Finca inmitten von Schafherden. Morgens wird man durch das Rufen von Pfauen geweckt. Man hört keine Alltagsgeräusche und kann hervorragend entspannen. Trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten in Can Picafort oder im Lidl. Disee more

Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig. Die nächsten Häuser sind etwas 300 meter entfernt. Somit kann man die absolute Ruhe geniessen. Man ist aber mit dem Auto in ca. 7 Minuten beim nächsten Supermarkt und in 10 Minuten in Can Picafort, wo es einige gute Restausee more
Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig. Die nächsten Häuser sind etwas 300 meter entfernt. Somit kann man die absolute Ruhe geniessen. Man ist aber mit dem Auto in ca. 7 Minuten beim nächsten Supermarkt und in 10 Minuten in Can Picafort, wo es einige gute Restaurants gibt (z.B. das Don Denis). In der Villa ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Die ganze Anlage inklusive dem schönen Pool ist sehr gepflegt und die Inneneinrichtung modern und luxuriös. Alles war sehr sauber und man fühlte sich willkommen. Valeria war vor den Ferien etwas schwer zu erreichen (am besten klappt mittels WhatsApp oder auf ihrer direkten Telefonnummer), sie war aber eine tolle, sehr angenehme und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin! Auf jeden Fall ist die Villa Ses Nines und das Portal 25 Sweet Dreams sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, auch dank dem tollen Service von Valeria und Juan. Die Finca hat alles was man benötigt, vor allem Ruhe. Keine Nachbarn (außer Schafe ), trotzdem ist alles schnell zu erreichen. Die Betten sind super bequem, die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und der Poolbereich ein Traum. Ob Schatten oder Sonne, Liegen oder Cabana… alles ist da. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
